SITRENR® SRA P 260 is a powdered shrinkage reducing additive based on a polyether on an inorganic carrier. By reducing capillary tension of pore water, a primary cause for drying shrinkage. It reduces the drying shrinkage of cement based mortar / concrete, and the potential for subsequent cracking. Plastic and autogenously shrinkage are reduced as well. Main applications such as self levelling underlayment (SLU), flow able screeds, non-shrink grouts, repair mortars and powder paints. This product is very low contribution to VOC (volatile organic compound) – allows to formulate final products that meet e.g. EMICODE EC1PLUS regulation.
